Works exactly as advertised. One feature not well advertised is its ability to emulate Android Auto to my phone while communicating to my car via Carplay. It's sometimes a little glitchy (may need to restart the app once a a while) but is a much cheaper and far easier alternative than buying and installing android auto device behind the headunit.

Couple suggestions:
- Include a diagram on how the sim card goes in as it's installation is upside down from most phones and other things I've put a sim card in.
- Provide online documentation for what all the MMB settings do (they're numerous and often wonder if I'm missing something)

It works and it is fast to connect. Hotspot and SIM card work flawlessly and connectivity is fast and stable. If you want to turn your idrive into a multimedia center, look no further than this device designed specifically for BMW. Highly recommended. I am on my second device from this company. Everything is pluged and play. Easy to install. I have a BMW X5 2022 model, before the facelift. I enjoy on the trafic jams NETFLIX & YOUTUBE. My kid is very happy!

The only "problem" is that the user interface graphic is not so nice. But stil.... you only need to see the videos.
