Return Policy
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, and all included parts.

- Provide your order number, email address, product model, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the correct return address if approved.
- Pack the product securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund or exchange result.
Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-10 business days. The exact arrival time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue or faulty device, CarplayMMB will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to personal preference, wrong purchase, changed mind, or compatibility information not confirmed before ordering, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Products damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation.
- Returned items missing accessories, cables, packaging, or important parts.
- Orders returned without prior approval from CarplayMMB support.
- Products outside the return window, unless covered by warranty.
Warranty & Exchanges
12-Month Limited Warranty
All CarplayMMB adapters come with a standard 12-month limited warranty. If your device develops a confirmed hardware fault within the warranty period, we may provide repair, replacement, or other support based on the issue.
Exchange Policy
We replace items only if they are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or if an exchange is approved by our support team. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number, product model, issue description, and a short video showing the problem.
