Return Policy
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following requirements:
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.
- Original Condition: Products must not show signs of physical damage or unauthorized modifications.
- Completeness: All original cables, manuals, and adapters must be returned together with the main unit.
Refund Process
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to start your return:
- Contact our support team at mmb@CarplayMMB.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a quality issue or a faulty device, CarplayMMBwill cover the return shipping costs. For returns based on personal preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Warranty & Exchanges
12-Month Limited Warranty
All CarplayMMB adapters come with a standard 12-month warranty. If your device develops a hardware fault within this period, we will provide a free replacement or repair service.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our WhatsApp or Email support for quick processing.
